Your First Visit to Philadelphia Office
On arrival, if you haven’t already submitted the required intake form online, our staff will help you complete all insurance and health forms in order to get started on your treatment.
As a new patient, your first visit typically consists of a thorough health history evaluation, head and neck exam, comprehensive intraoral evaluation, intraoral digital radiographs, intraoral photographs (when needed or required) and prophylaxis (cleaning). This appointment usually takes one hour to complete. Some patients may require impressions for diagnostic models to aid in treatment planning.
Our philosophy is treating the individual, not just the teeth. The correlations between good oral and systemic health are well known and clinically proven. A healthy mouth and smile has vast systemic and psychological implications, and our team is dedicated to doing our part to help you achieve your needs and requirements.
